Tim Biskup: Drifting Agency

Drifting Agency is an exhibition of graphite drawings by Southern California artist Tim Biskup. Focused mainly on abstract and figurative painting and drawing, Biskup’s practice extends into sculpture, printmaking, and music. Around 2009 he began experimenting with a graphite drawing technique he has come to refer to as “Graphite Memory.” Videos of this technique have garnered hundreds of millions of views on social media and culminated in a series of live drawing events, including a session at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles in February of 2025.

About the Gallery
Working in collaboration with renowned visual artists, the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum's Haley Gallery organizes and displays a variety of visual art exhibitions each year. A portion of proceeds from artwork purchased in the gallery supports the nonprofit Museum's educational mission. The Haley Gallery is free and open to the public daily from 9am to 5pm. It is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
